Employing S.C.R.U.M and design thinking methodologies, the project was executed with agility, allowing simultaneous development of different components. Qualitative interviews and thorough research, including business model canvas and P.E.S.T.L.E analysis, provided a comprehensive understanding of Abtion's landscape.


Personas played a pivotal role in the development of SubPremo, ensuring a user-centered approach to addressing Abtion's license management challenges. Through qualitative interviews and affinity diagramming, key user roles and pain points were identified. These personas provided valuable insights, guiding design decisions and tailoring SubPremo's features and interface to meet the specific needs of Abtion's employees. Building upon the affinity diagram, an information graphic was created with the aim of presenting the most significant research characteristics in a compact and accessible format.
